My home town is Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and I attended medical school at Temple University. I was attracted the University of Arizona program because the people were down-to-earth, friendly, and seemed like the type of colleagues I could work with for three years. I appreciate the dedication the attendings have to teaching too. Our intern class is awesome and we’ve have become good friends in a short amount of time. My wife and I like to go to Meet Me at Maynard’s, which is a weekly downtown run/walk/happy hour. I am undecided on what I will do after residency, but I have an interest in academic medicine, children with special needs, and infectious diseases.
