I am originally from Fort Worth, Texas. I graduated from the University of Tennessee and completed an emergency medicine residency here at the University of Arizona. I decided to expand my skills in pediatrics and do an additional residency. I chose the University of Arizona because of the new Diamond Children’s Hospital, and I also like the broad access to subspecialties. When I am not working, I like to go bird watching, cycling, and hiking. After I complete my residency I plan to continue working in pediatric emergency medicine and in a general pediatric practice.
