I grew up in Opelousas, Louisiana and attended LSU School of Medicine. I came to the University of Arizona because of the unique opportunity to do my residency in combined Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics. The University of Arizona is one of three institutions in the nation that offer a combined program. The faculty and fellow residents are top-notch. I am married with three dogs and one cat and love to hike, camp, and stay active outdoors. I also like to go horseback riding since there are tons of trails in Tucson. After I complete my residency I will continue to work in emergency medicine.
