How to Apply:

Our three-year fellowship seeks physicians who will have completed three years of training in an accredited residency program in order to sit for the American Board of Pediatrics certifying examination.

Our application can be found on ERAS, listed as the University of Arizona Program, for the July Application Cycle. 

• Documents to be included with your application are:
  • Official Medical School Transcripts
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Personal Statement
  • Board & USMLE Scores
  • 3 Letters of Recommendation from faculty physicians you’ve worked with

If you are not a U.S. citizens or permanent resident, copies of current visa are required. We support J1 visas.
