On Tuesday, Dec. 15, 9 – 11 a.m., Santa and his Kids of Steele elves will visit patients in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and Pediatric Multispecialty clinics on the third floor of Banner – University Medical Center Tucson, and also to hospitalized children on the sixth floor of Diamond Children’s. They will hand out holiday stockings filled with goodies to patients.

On Thursday, Dec. 17, 9 – 11 a.m., Santa and his Kids of Steele elves will continue to spread holiday cheer by distributing holiday stockings to patients in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology clinic and the Angel Wing for Children with Diabetes on the third floor of Banner – University Medical Center Tucson.

Each year, Kids of Steele collects gift cards from different community groups, and Kids of Steele member families help fill the stockings. The annual event gives children and their families an opportunity to stuff stockings and create messages of well wishes for pediatric patients.
