Hiking, running, soccer, horseback riding, reading, doing puzzles, and playing with my dog Moco

General Pediatrics, rural health

Why did you choose UA Peds?

I chose UA Peds because I really enjoyed the residents I had met on interview day, and the program offered many of the things I was looking for: medium size, in a city with a good cost of living, rural health opportunities, and the ability to couple's match with my husband (he is in Internal Medicine)

What is your favorite thing about Tucson?

It's hard to choose just one! I enjoy the variety of food options here, I also am grateful for being able to get outside and explore

What are your non-medical goals during residency?

My non-medical goals include working on my Spanish and improving my work-life balance.

If you could have a superpower- what would it be?

I would love to be able to fly!
