What are your personal interests/hobbies?

My hobbies include snuggling with my dogs, hiking & being outdoors, traveling with my husband, and listening to podcasts!

What are your professional interests?

My professional interests include anything related to developmental & behavioral pediatrics: learning disabilities, genetic syndromes, childhood ADHD and anxiety, trauma informed care and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs)!

Why did you choose UA Peds?

I chose UA Peds because of the people! The team here is amazing and they are VERY supportive of their residents. Also it helps that Banner is an academic institution with a lot of resources to help you achieve and pursue whatever your professional interests are!

What is your favorite thing about Tucson?

I love the vibe in Tucson. As someone who grew up in Phoenix, Tucson has a small town feel with the benefits of a large, thriving city with all the stellar food options!

What are your non-medical goals during residency?

My non-medical goals in residency are to improve my mountain biking skills, to travel as much as I can with my husband, and maybe get a tattoo!

If you could have a superpower- what would it be?

Teleportation - no more long car rides or airplanes for me!
